We re partnering with one of Australia s most recognised national businesses to recruit a Credit Claims Officer to join a high-performing Supply Chain & Logistics team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Investigating and resolving credit claims from initial review through to final outcome
Analysing invoices, proof of delivery, supplier documentation and freight information to determine claim validity.
Liaising with suppliers, transport providers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and recover costs where applicable.
Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with internal financial controls.
Identifying recurring issues and contributing to process improvements.
Building strong relationships across multiple business functions.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in credit,



claims, accounts administration, accounts receivable or a similar analytical administration role.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and investigate issues thoroughly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
Basic understanding of accounting principles, invoicing or reconciliations.
Someone who enjoys working with systems, processes and data.
Professional, positive and collaborative with a genuine desire to learn and grow.
What's On Offer:
Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
Modern Rhodes office location.
38-hour week with flexible 8:00am or 8:30am start.
$***** per hour.
Minimum six-month temporary assignment with strong potential for extension.
