Field Service Technician - Roma Region, QLD
Position Overview
Our Field Service Technician provides our customers with routine service and aftermarket support on Waukesha, Jenbacher, CAT, Genie, Ariel engines and compressors throughout Queensland, South Australia and other regions as required.
Scheduled servicing, warranty and breakdown repairs of our customers equipment are key aspects of this role.
This includes but is not limited workshop-based repairs and ad-hoc support to our pre-delivery process.
What you'll be doing
Performing preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on our equipment
Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical faults
Completing on-site repairs, upgrades and equipment commissioning
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
Providing technical support and exceptional service to customers
Completing service reports and maintaining accurate service records
What You'll Bring
Mechanical Trade qualification(Cert III or higher).
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
Strong safety focus and basic computer skills.
A hands-on approach and commitment to delivering quality work.
The ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
Confident to problem solve and strong communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and manage your day effectively.
Current Australian Driver's Licence, full working rights.
