You will play a significant role in ensuring Kool Kidz Craigieburn is providing a high-quality and inspiring education and care service for the children and families attending.
Kool Kidz Craigieburn is a thriving 130 -place service with an established team of enthusiastic and passionate educators.
Key duties for this role will include:
Working in a team to ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment for children.
Ensure effective and collaborative working relationships with and between families and staff
Be informative, approachable and a role model for best practice at all times
Creating programs that cater to children's goals, interests and developmental needs.
Programming using the VEYLDF and Kool Beginning Curriculum




Most importantly, you will play a significant role in ensuring Kool Kidz Craigieburn is providing a high-quality and inspiring education and care service for the children and families attending.
Key Requirements:
Knowledge of The National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
Knowledge of the Victorian Child Safe Standards
Knowledge of the EYLF and VEYLDF
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to create positive relationships
Approved Early Childhood qualifications
CurrentVIT fully registered
Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting Training
First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR and Asthma certification.
Current driver's license
Minimum 1-2 years of early childhood experience is required
Valid Australian work rights are required
Kool Kidz is a Child Safe Organisation.
