Your responsibilities will include:
End-to-end management of approximately 110 residential properties
Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
Managing rental arrears and tenant communication
Coordinating maintenance and working closely with contractors
Processing applications, leasing and tenant onboarding
Trust accounting and receipting
Building solid, long-term relationships with landlords
Ensuring compliance with Queensland residential tenancy legislation
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience managing a residential portfolio from start to finish
Confidence managing arrears, maintenance and trust accounting
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
Experience using Ailo CRM (highly regarded but not essential)
Current Queensland Certificate of Registration
Current driver's licence
