What you'll do
Partner with global law firms and corporate legal departments to identify high-value opportunities for AI integration.
Manage the full lifecycle of client deployments, including discovery, workflow design, testing, and firm-wide implementation.
Collaborate with Customer Success, legal operations, and innovation teams to ensure the platform is integrated into daily legal practice.
Gather user feedback to inform product development and roadmap priorities.
Advise clients on the business impact of AI, covering areas such as M&A;, litigation, regulatory matters, and transactions.
Contribute to the development of new operating models for the legal industry.
Requirements




Skilled background in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department.
Ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently.
Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders, including partners, associates, engineers, and CIOs.
Technical curiosity and the ability to discuss generative AI, privacy, governance, and enterprise software deployment.
A bias for action and a focus on delivering high-quality user outcomes.
Nice to have
Prior experience in legal operations, innovation roles, or consulting.
Familiarity with the legal technology ecosystem, whether as an advisor, founder, or employee.
