We are now seeking a motivated and customer-focusedTerritory Manager / Sales Representativeto manage and develop our customer base across Melbourne's Western and Northern suburbs, selected accounts in the Eastern suburbs, and regional Victoria.
About the Role
Reporting directly to theNational Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through the development of existing customer relationships and the acquisition of recent business opportunities within your territory.
This is a field-based role offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to work with leading manufacturers, OEMs, machine builders, system integrators and distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Conduct customer visits, technical discussions and sales presentations
Prepare quotations and follow up commercial opportunities




Basic technical trouble shooting
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
Collaborate with distributors, system integrators, OEMs and end users
Develop territory plans and execute growth initiatives
Travel as required throughout the assigned territory, including occasional regional Victoria visits
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
Sales experience within industrial or technical markets
Exposure to industrial automation, sensors, manufacturing, engineering, electrical or related industries
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
A customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
High levels of self-motivation, organisation and territory planning capability
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Technical qualifications or technical aptitude (advantageous)
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Permanent Australian work rights
