As our Nursing Recruitment Consultant, you'll be the go-to guru for connecting our superstar nurses with their dream gigs, and helping hospitals find their healthcare champions.
We work with nurses in every corner of Australia and hold tenders with QLD, NSW, SA, NT, and VIC, giving us access to the best jobs out there.
Your mission?
Build a rockstar roster of nurses, understand what makes them tick, and pair them up with placements that suit their skills and lifestyle.
You'll be organizing everything from credentialing to travel and logistics; but don't worry, our top-notch compliance team has your back when it comes to the admin side of things.

Generous Base + 10% commission (uncapped!)
A solid base salary plus 10% commission oneverydollar you bring in; no threshold, no cap.

Realistically, you're looking at $120K–$150K a year... but sky's the limit.
