Trainee or Experienced Swimming Pool Service Technician - Windsor, Brisbane
Rode Pool Servicesare a well established, family owned swimming pool service and supply company.
Ourbusinessincorporates three retail stores with our service area predominantly dedicated to the northern suburbs of Brisbane.
We are looking to add to our infield service technician team.
We are offering a full time, permanent position with anavailable immediate start (we will wait for notice periods as required).

Position Overview:-
Training provided:We have a structured training procedure that should see youworking autonomously in six to eight weeks.
Our training is ongoing throughout your employment.
Salary (For Trainee):Without industry experience your salary will commence at$60,000 per annum gross.
Additional to the salary is superannuation, the ability, once trained, to earn commission and work overtime.Progression:After a six-month probation your salary will increase to$65,000 per annum grossplus superannuation.
Salary (For Experienced Technicians):If you have industry experience we will structure a salary based on your abilities.

RDO System
We have established a RDO system whichprovides you with an additional eighteen days not working per year.Our RDO system sees you working a nine day fortnight for nine months of the year.
As a fulltime employee you also have the obligatory twenty days of annual leave along with thirteen public holidays each year.
Your main responsibilities and duties will include:-
Domestic swimming pool servicing
Learning sales skills
Fault finding & diagnosis
Equipment removal and installation
Assist with colleague training
Establishing and maintaining open and honest relationships with clients
Your experience, skill set and qualifications will include:-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience as a swimming pool service technician or similar will be highly regarded but not required
Trade qualifications will be well regarded but not required
Friendly, social approach
Professionalism and customer service focus
Location:-Windsor, Brisbane.
Northern CBD suburbs of Brisbane client base (majority)
