We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Plant Operator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in plant operations and a strong mechanical aptitude.
Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and conducting routine inspections to ensure efficient operation.
Key responsibilities:
Operate plant equipment, such as front end loaders and screening equipment, in a safe and efficient manner
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
Follow safety protocols and compliance standards at all times
Maintain accurate records of operations and performance
Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude and solid leadership skills
Flexibility in working hours to meet operational needs
Qualifications:
Valid Front end Loader (Excavator and HR)
Current Driver's License
Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening
Strong commitment to safety and compliance
Reliable,
professional and customer-focused attitude
