What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences:Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is a memorable one.
Be the Go-To Tech Expert:Stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
Achieve and Excel:Use your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected.




Collaborate and Contribute:Work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.
Salary and Benefits:
Hourly Rate: (Starting at) $***** per hour*
*Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age.
*Penalty rates are as follows: Additional 25% for weekday hours worked after 6 PM, 25% for hours worked on Saturday, 100% for hours worked on Sunday and 150% for hours worked on public holidays.
Plus 12% Superanuation
Plus 10% Variable Remuneration**
**If you are eligible to receive Variable Remuneration, the eligibility, calculation and payment will be determined by theVariable Remuneration plan's rules (which we may change from time to time).
