Based in our Wodonga office, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to play a key role in the continued growth and management of our residential rent roll.

Key Responsibilities
Management of a residential property portfolio across Victoria and New South Wales
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, rental providers, renters and tenants
Lease renewals, rent reviews and lease administration
Conducting routine inspections and preparing detailed reports
Arrears management and tenancy compliance
Preparing breach notices and attending Tribunal hearings when required
Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
Managing tenancy commencements and vacates
Preparing detailed owner reporting
Ensuring compliance with Victorian and New South Wales residential tenancy legislation
Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and portfolio performance




Working collaboratively with our administration, trust accounting and leasing teams
Contributing to a positive and professional team culture.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a Property Manager who can confidently manage a portfolio, build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service across both Victoria and New South Wales.
Minimum 2 years' experience in residential Property Management - highly regarded
Current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence or
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Strong working knowledge of both Victorian and New South Wales residential tenancy legislation - highly regarded
Current driver's licence with a strong driving record
Experience attending VCAT, NCAT, Magistrates and/or Local Court proceedings - highly regarded
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional presentation and a customer-focused attitude
