About the role
Your primary duties will include:
Annual electrical safety inspections
Smoke alarm testing and compliance checks
Identifying faults and safety issues
Minor maintenance and rectification works
Completing reports electronically using company-issued tablets
Providing professional customer service to residents

Current electrical licence
Manual driver's licence
Own hand tools
