Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of approximately 170 properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and lease renewals
Manage outgoings across the portfolio
Ensure compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation
Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service

THE PERSON
Minimum 3 years' experience in property management.
Solid communication skills and ability to thrive in a professional environment.
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Passion for real estate, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
