Talloman is seeking a motivated individual to join our production team on a full-time rotating shift roster at our Hazelmere facility.
This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career, with the potential to progress to a Process Operator role.
Upon successful completion of your probationary period, you will also have the prospect to undertake a nationally recognised Certificate II in Meat Processing to further develop your skills and career.

The site currently processes up to 3,500 tonnes of animal waste per week that would otherwise go to landfill.

Key Responsibilities
Regular checking of machines during operation
Exercise discretion within your level of skills and training




Identify basic faults in materials and equipment
Operate tools and equipment as and when required
Site cleaning
Product movement and storage
The Following Attributes Would Be Highly Regarded
High level of self-motivation
High risk forklift license
Ability to troubleshoot and work safely under pressure
Excellent people and communication skills
Good organisational skills
