implement changes that benefit children birth to 13 years-of-age and their families
monitor and promote the consistent application of the Education and Care Services National Law across all states and territories
support the early childhood education and care sector to improve quality outcomes for children

The Role
The Sector Information Services Officer operates in a quick-paced environment as the primary point of contact for ACECQA enquiries.
The role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service through the timely and accurate management of phone and email enquiries relating to the National Quality Framework, supporting a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
This role is full time and fixed term (12 Months) or (6 Months) at ACECQA Band 3/4 ($82,639- $102,446).




About You
To be successful in this role you will need:
Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality customer service over the phone and via email.
Well-developed relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet personal responsibilities within established deadlines, even in high-pressure environments
Proficient computer skills and experience with large volume data entry, database use and maintenance.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including demonstrated capacity to listen, interpret and convey information and legislation in a clear, accurate and timely manner.
Demonstrated ability to support productive working relationships within a team and wider business groups.
While not essential, the following attributes will greatly assist you in the role:
Knowledge of the children's education and care sector in Australia and familiarity with the National Quality Framework, including the National Law and Regulations.
Possess solid computer literacy skills and experience navigating multiple programs concurrently.
Provide advice on procedures and requirements; and/or administer relevant records and documentation according to their requirements
