Bayside Health is seeking an experienced intake clinician for the AOD Program based at the Tarnbuk Centre in Frankston, with duties across sites as needed.
You will perform intake triage to identify client needs, prioritise referrals to alcohol and other drug treatment services, provide brief interventions and bridging support, and engage with professionals, families and community members across face-to-face, phone, online and outreach modalities.
