The Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) in Brisbane's health system seeks an Associate Clinical Nurse Consultant – Quality to lead quality initiatives in the ICU, improve patient safety, and drive evidence-based practice within a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
You will collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Consultant to monitor data, guide governance, mentor nursing staff, and deliver sustainable improvements across the unit during a temporary 12-month assignment.
