Home Care Workers - Gold Coast Supporting a Leading QLD Not-for-Profit Provider
We are partnering with one of Queensland's major not-for-profit aged care providers to support increasing demand across the Gold Coast.
We are seeking dedicated and compassionateHome Care Workerswho are passionate about helping older Australians maintain their independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role
As a Home Care Worker, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients in the community.
This role offers consistency, strong support, and meaningful work making a real difference in people's lives.
Key Requirements (Must Have)
To be considered, you must have:
Availability to workMonday to Friday from 7:00am
Certificate III in Individual Support(or equivalent)
CurrentFirst Aid & CPR certificates
ValidPolice Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check




Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Open QLD Driver's Licence -you will need to drive fleet vehicles .
please note that this is a mandatory requirement
To secure ongoing work, you will need to be confident in delivering a mix ofpersonal care, social support, and domestic assistance, as all shifts include a combination of these tasks.
