Securecorp is seeking a seasoned Team Leader – Control Room Operations to join our Broadmeadows site.
You will lead a team of about 20 Control Room Operators, ensure high standards of security, client service and operational performance, and report to the Site Supervisor.
This is a non-entry level role requiring proven leadership in a rapid-paced security environment, with 12-hour rotating day and night shifts and a focus on compliance, training, and continuous improvement.
