ABOUT THE ROLE
Byrne Ford Kedron is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Trainee Finance & Insurance Manager to join our dealership team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales or customer service who is ready to build a career in dealership finance and insurance.
Previous finance and insurance experience is not required, as comprehensive training, mentoring and all necessary accreditations will be provided.
You will work alongside our experienced sales and management teams, learning how to assist customers with suitable finance and insurance options while delivering a professional, transparent and positive buying experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As you develop in the role, your responsibilities will include:
Learning to present finance, insurance and vehicle-protection products
Assisting customers throughout the finance application process
Preparing and submitting finance documentation
Liaising with lenders, insurers and dealership departments
Maintaining accurate records and completing compliance requirements
Building strong customer relationships
Supporting the sales team to achieve dealership targets




Developing your knowledge of responsible lending and industry regulations

Experience in automotive sales, retail sales, banking, lending, insurance or customer service would be advantageous, but is not essential.
