We're looking for a creative Social Media & Content Coordinator to bring our brand to life across social media.
If you're the person who's always spotting the next TikTok trend, capturing beautiful moments on your phone, or dreaming up your next Reel before you've finished filming the last one, we'd love to meet you.
This is a hands-on creative role where no two days are the same.
One day you might be styling and filming our newest collection, the next you're capturing behind-the-scenes moments at a campaign shoot, covering an in-store event, or discovering the next trend to inspire our content.
Working closely with our Sales, Marketing and Creative teams, you'll help create beautiful, engaging content across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook while nurturing our growing online community and helping our brand continue to inspire families around the world.
This is a part-time position (approximately ***** hours per week), with a portion of your hours dedicated to daily community management to ensure our social channels remain warm, engaging and responsive.
What You'll Be Doing:
Create Beautiful Content
Capture and create engaging short-form video and photography for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
Film in our flagship boutique, head office, campaign shoots, product launches and special events.




Edit content into polished, platform-first Reels, Stories and social posts.
Showcase new collections in fresh, creative and inspiring ways.
Assist with content planning and maintaining our social content calendar.
Grow Our Community
Manage our day-to-day social media presence across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
Respond thoughtfully to comments, messages and community interactions.
Celebrate and reshare beautiful customer content that reflects our brand.
Help foster a warm, inspiring and engaging online community.
Stay Ahead of What's Next
Keep across emerging social trends, platform updates and new content formats.
Bring fresh ideas that keep our content inspiring, relevant and shareable.
Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to grow engagement and reach.
Support paid social campaigns with creative content when required.
About You
You're naturally creative and always looking for inspiration.
You love creating content that makes people stop scrolling, whether it's beautifully styled imagery, behind-the-scenes moments or trend-led videos.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have a genuine passion for social media, storytelling and visual content.
Love fashion, photography,



design and beautiful aesthetics.
Have a solid eye for composition, lighting and styling.
Are confident filming and editing short-form video content.
Understand what performs across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
Enjoy turning ideas into engaging stories that connect with people.
Are organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects.
Love working as part of a collaborative creative team while also taking initiative independently.
Skills & Experience
Currently studying or have completed qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Content Creation or a related field.
Experience creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
Strong photography, videography and video editing skills.
Understanding of social media best practices and platform-specific content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create high-quality, on-brand visual content with a premium aesthetic.
Experience using content editing tools such as Cap Cut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar is highly regarded.
