About the role
Our team is looking forward to welcomingSenior Application Engineersto our Low Code Application team to build and deploy applications and solutions to support customers' requirements and business goals.
You will be part of a team of application engineers and design and develop exciting applications for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design and developlow-code applications using Appian
Lead the design and implementationof complex Appian applications and integrations
Analyzebusiness requirements,



define technical solutions, and support projectsthroughout the full application lifecycle
Identifyand assess opportunitiesfor process improvement and automation
Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that address client needs
Develop andmaintainstrong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on Appian and low-code solutions
Providetechnical guidance and mentoringto junior team members, promoting development best practices and code quality
Stay up to date on Appiancapabilities, industry trends, and best practices, continuously improving solution delivery
Conductresearch and analysis and contribute to client deliverables, solution proposals, and technical recommendations
Must Have Qualifications
5+years ofhands-onexperiencedeveloping Appian solutions and applications
Strongexperience with Appian development, including SAIL, process models, records, integrations (REST/SOAP), data modeling, and application deployment
Stronganalytical and problem-solvingskills
Ability towork directly with business stakeholdersto gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Experiencementoring junior developersand promoting development best practices
Fluency in English
Appian certification (Senior Developer or equivalent)
Nice to have qualifications
Classical programming and scripting experience with IT solutions, preferably with .
NET, C#, VBA, or Java
Knowledge and experience with other low-code platforms (e.g.Mendix,Outsystems, Bizagi optional)
Willingness and ability to travel asrequired
