LMS Energy is at the forefront of emissions reduction and renewable fuel innovation across Australia. We are currently recruiting for a full-time or part-time Manager – Health and Safety, located in Unley or Prospect in Adelaide, South Australia.
Reporting to the Group Leader - Health and Safety, this role is a key leadership position within our Safety team. You will lead a team of Health and Safety professionals and play a critical role in strengthening our safety culture, enhancing WHS systems and performance, and ensuring compliance across a complex and geographically dispersed operational environment across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and maintain fit-for-purpose WHS Management systems aligned with ISO standards, legislation and organisational objectives
Empowerment of direct reports to ensure the effective identification, assessment, control and monitoring of risks across operational, construction and recent business opportunities
Establish and maintain effective reporting and assurance frameworks to identify hazards, manage non-conformance and promote a lesson learnt culture
Coach and mentor LMS teams on WHS matters, legislative requirements, organisational procedures and processes, and best practice principles
Provide advice on WHS training requirements and work collaboratively with the L&D; Team to identify external requirements and build fit-for-purpose internal modules that build capability and knowledge
Requirements:
Qualifications in Health and Safety or related discipline




Minimum 7+ years WHS experience in leadership roles, ideally within the energy, construction and/or oil and gas industries
ICAM training or equivalent
Ability to travel intra and interstate regularly
Australian Drivers Licence
