About the role:
Keep information moving by receiving, tracking, preparing and delivering paper and electronic patient records across the hospital to support protected, timely care.
Champion digital health by scanning, validating, auditing and uploading documents into Queensland Health systems, helping create accurate and complete electronic medical records.
Stay one step ahead by planning and prioritising your workload, managing competing tasks and delivering high-quality results in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Be a valued team player by working collaboratively, maintaining strict confidentiality and adapting to changing priorities while delivering excellent service with minimal supervision.
About you:
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities, manage your workload and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach,
working confidently both independently and as part of a supportive team to keep things running smoothly.
Strong digital skills, with experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn Queensland Health systems such as HBCIS, ieMR and eRefer.
Outstanding communication and people skills, building positive relationships while handling confidential information with professionalism, tact and discretion.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $101,073 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $***** - $***** p.h.
*****% employer superannuation contribution
17.5% leave loading
