Senior Workday Financials Consultant
who iscollaborative, delivery-focused, and motivated to deepen their consultingexpertise, with experience delivering Workday or ERP implementations.
This isan exciting opportunity to work across functional workstreams while deliveringhigh-quality, client-focused outcomes.
You'llpartner with clients, project managers, and offshore teams to supportend-to-end implementations, ensuring solutions align with business needs.Drawing on your experience, you'll contribute to solution design, support keydecisions, and help deliver effective Workday Finance outcomes.
You'll alsoplay an important role in troubleshooting complex issues and contributing toproblem-solving, helping drive best-practice outcomes for clients.
This role isideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, engagingwith stakeholders, and continuing to build their expertise in Workday andconsulting.
We are open to candidates who are based in Sydney,Melbourne, or Brisbane.
WhatYou'll Be Doing
Coordinate Workday functionalworkstreams across the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and deliveryprogress
Partner with stakeholders tounderstand business requirements and translate them into effective systemdesign
Work alongside the Project Manager totrack progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with onshore and offshoreteams to drive outcomes, resolve blockers,



and maintain delivery momentum
Review deliverables for accuracy,consistency, and quality, proactively identifying and addressing issues
Lead or contribute to designsessions, testing activities, and process validation to ensure scalable,high-quality solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues,applying robust analytical skills to drive effective problem-solving
Clarify requirements, alignpriorities, and ensure clear documentation across the delivery lifecycle
Requirements
What YouBring
Bachelor's degree in Finance,Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
Proven experience (5+ years for Senior Consultant) in implementing finance systems, ERPimplementations, or Workday financials consulting
Advantageous - Workday Financials orsimilar ERP systems implementations experience
Demonstrated ability to workcollaboratively across teams and engage effectively with a range ofstakeholders
Excellent communication skills, withconfidence in facilitating discussions and engaging with both technical andnon-technical audiences
Strong attention to detail, with afocus on delivering high-quality, accurate outcomes
A proactive and adaptable mindset,with the ability to take ownership, solve problems, and contribute to deliverysuccess
