Lead and support a high-performing Revenue Management team, provide expert advice on complex revenue matters, and drive initiatives that maximise revenue outcomes
The Role
Supervise the day to day activities of the staff in the Revenue Management Team and ongoing monitoring, review and management of the operations area, including human, physical, IT and financial resources.
Liaise with internal and external clients and stakeholders on a range of complex Revenue Management policy and procedural issues
Provide advice, education and analysis to business units to assist in maximising revenue, revenue raising and systems procedures.
You will need
High level of knowledge, skills and experience in supervising and motivating both individuals and a team, including identifying training needs, developing, planning, and where necessary, delivering staff training and instigating change management processes.
Demonstrated management experience, including the capacity to develop financial strategies, policies and practices consistent with the achievement of designated outcomes.
Well-developed knowledge of Government accounting procedures and associated legislation, together with knowledge and demonstrated experience with a computer based revenue management information system and other computer software packages.

Details of appointment
Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
$102,027 to $106,985 per annum.
Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement ****.
