McNab is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager (Property) based in our Southbank office to lead the commercial function for the McNab Property business, reporting to the Executive Head of Property.
You will drive risk-adjusted financial performance, lead development feasibilities, financial models and funding strategies, manage CAPEX budgets and cash flow forecasting, and present insights to senior leadership.
