About the Role
As a Rostering Coordinator (known internally as a Service Delivery Coordinator), you will manage workforce rosters, respond to operational requests, conduct employee welfare calls, and ensure service delivery standards are maintained across a portfolio of clients.
This is a day‐shift position with rostered shifts across weekdays and weekends.
Roster Pattern
Training: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Week 1: 5:30am – 1:30pm or 6:00am – 2:00pm (depending on portfolio)
Week 2: 10:00am – 6:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Manage workforce rosters.
Respond to operational requests.
Conduct employee welfare calls.
Maintain service delivery standards across clients.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in rostering, administration, workforce planning, or a contact centre environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and confident phone manner.
Full Australian working rights.
Australian citizenship (required due to government client requirements).
Ability to successfully complete a National Police Check.
Availability to complete initial training from Parramatta office.
