About the opportunity
AGIG is looking for a friendly, skilled, and highly organised Reception and Facilities Administrator to join our Perth team.
As the first point of contact for our Perth office, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for visitors, employees, and stakeholders, while providing valuable support across the wider AGIG business.
As an integral member of the People and Culture team, you will help keep our office running smoothly by delivering high-quality administrative and facilities support.
This role requires a proactive and customer-focused approach, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to exceptional service delivery across the organisation.
This is a permanent full-time position based in our Perth office, working onsite five days per week from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
Create a welcoming and professional experience by greeting visitors, managing reception enquiries, and handling incoming calls for the Perth office.
Coordinate office operations and facilities support, including meeting room setup, audio-visual equipment management, catering arrangements, mail distribution, and courier services.
Manage site access and administration, maintaining security access cards, parking registers, and other office records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Act as the key point of contact for leased properties, supporting the day-to-day management of AGIG's Perth, Geraldton, and Karratha offices assisting the Head of Property, as well as other locations as required.
Support the smooth running of the workplace by assisting with facilities administration, invoicing, maintenance and repair requests, property inspections, office supplies, stationery, and kitchen consumables.
Provide support in general People & Culture administration activities, including invoicing, new starter communications, coordinating site inductions, and general reporting.
About you
Previous experience in a reception, administration, or customer-facing support role, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience using SAP or a similar purchasing/procurement system will be highly regarded.
