to join our growing Technology Services team.
These newly created roles will play a critical part in designing, building and supporting modern digital capabilities across our Microsoft ecosystem, Azure platforms and member-facing technologies.
Job Description
Whatyou'llbe all in on
Located in Melbourne (with travel to Newborough once per fortnight)
As a Software Engineer, you'll work closely with product owners, business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable and maintainable solutions that create better experiences for our members and people.
You'll contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from solution design and development through to testing, deployment, operational support and continuous improvement
In this role you will:
Design, build and support enterprise applications and integrations across Microsoft technologies and Azure platforms.
Develop secure, high-quality software using modern engineering practices.
Build APIs, integrations and digital solutions that improve member and employee experiences.
Work collaboratively with product, architecture, platform and business teams to deliver valuable outcomes.
Contribute to DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation, testing and operational excellence.
Apply AI-enabled engineering approaches responsibly to accelerate delivery and innovation.
Support our journey to build greater internal capability and reduce reliance on external vendors
Whatyou'llbring
Degree qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
Commercial experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer or similar role.
Experience working with Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services and/or integration platforms.
Solid knowledge of .
NET, C#, APIs, SQL and contemporary software engineering practices.
Experience working in Agile environments and contributing to DevOps and CI/CD delivery models.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to a broad range of stakeholders.
A passion for continuous improvement, innovation and delivering great customer outcomes.
