We are seeking a part-time Registered Nurse Clinical Coach (A/PACU covering Fitzroy and Kew) to commence with our team in early August ****.ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLEThe role will cover 0.6 EFT at Fitzroy and 0.2 EFT at Kew.
This position is open to job share across the two sites or for one person to work the full 0.8 EFT.It's your chance to join our peri-operative education team and continue driving education and training innovation across anaesthetics/PACU.What you'll be doing (the exciting stuff!)Support our staff and diverse learners - from postgraduate students to enrolled and registered nurse graduatesDeliver specialised clinical education that transforms practiceChampion professionalism and foster collaborative teamworkLead mandatory competency assessmentsIdentify learning gaps and create innovative solutionsDesign and facilitate targeted in-service education sessionsWhat we're looking for in youCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseProven experience supporting diverse nursing learners (enrolled & registered)Minimum 3 years specialised experience in PACU/Anaesthetics nursingPassion for education and mentoring excellenceInnovation mindset and collaborative spiritDesirable - Post-graduate qualification in PACU/Anaesthetics, Education and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or actively pursuing)Ability to work flexibly (willing to travel across all four sites).
