As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in empowering people with disability to achieve their goals, increase their independence, and live meaningful, self-directed lives.

What You'll Be Doing
Providing person-centred support tailored to individual goals and aspirations.
Assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and community access.
Supporting participants to build independence, confidence, and social connections.
Developing positive relationships with participants, families, carers, and the wider community.
Promoting dignity, choice, inclusion, and human rights in every interaction.
About You
We're looking for someone who:




Has a genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
Is flexible and available for a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, sleepovers, or active nights.
Demonstrates empathy, resilience, and a positive attitude.
Communicates effectively and works well within a team.
Brings a commitment to respect, accountability, and person-centred practice.
Holds (or is willing to obtain) relevant clearances and certifications, including NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, and First Aid/CPR.
Bonus Points If You Have
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or a related qualification.
Previous experience in disability, community services, aged care, or support work.
Knowledge of the NDIS and person-centred supports.
