About the opportunity: This is an chance to play a key role in the performance of Charter Hall's Industrial & Logistics portfolio.
Partnering with teams across the business, you'll provide accurate reporting, insightful analysis and financial expertise that support decision-making and help drive long-term value for our customers and investors.
How you'll make an impact
Deliver monthly financial reporting, analysis and management packs for a portfolio of Industrial & Logistics assets, providing the insights that support informed decision-making and drive portfolio performance.
Partner with Property Managers to review financial results and provide accounting advice, helping translate financial outcomes into actions that enhance asset performance and create long-term value.
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and journals, ensuring financial integrity, strong governance and compliance across the portfolio.
Manage key property accounting processes, including outgoings, acquisitions, developments and divestments, supporting seamless property transitions and delivering a positive experience for customers and investors.
Contribute to budgeting, process improvement initiatives and ad‐hoc analysis, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen decision-making and support the continued growth of Charter Hall's Industrial & Logistics business.
What you'll bring to the team

Commitment to continuous improvement and evolution of the business.
Degree qualification in accounting.
CA/CPA or working towards.
Real Estate experience advantageous.
Exposure to reporting and analytic skills with accounting ERP.
Good knowledge of Excel.
Proficient in the use of other Microsoft Office suite of product.
