About the role
**** Optometry is looking for an energetic and creativeMarketing Coordinator / Marketing Assistantto join our marketing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to start their career in marketing and wants hands-on experience across retail marketing, social media, campaign execution, local area marketing and omni-channel marketing.
The role will support marketing activity across our store network in NSW, VIC and QLD, working closely with the marketing team, store teams and shopping centre partners.
Key responsibilities
Support marketing communication with stores across NSW, VIC and QLD
Assist with the execution and implementation of monthly campaigns
Help create social media content, including reels, stories and short-form video ideas




Bring fresh and creative ideas to improve our social media content
Coordinate with shopping centres to identify additional marketing and promotional opportunities
Support local area marketing activities and in-store activations
Assist with omni-channel marketing across store, digital, email, social and website channels
Help update and maintain Google Business Profiles
Support campaign reporting, content coordination and general marketing admin
About you
We are looking for someone who is:

Interested in social media, content creation and retail marketing
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable communicating with internal teams and external partners
Detail-oriented and reliable
Excited to grow their career in marketing
This role would suit a recent graduate, marketing student, or someone with early experience in marketing, retail, social media or content creation.
Experience creating TikTok or Instagram Reels content
Basic Canva, CapCut, Adobe or video editing skills
Interest in retail, fashion, eyewear, beauty or lifestyle content
Good understanding of social media trends
At **** Optometry, you'll get real exposure to marketing across multiple channels, from campaign launches and in-store activations to social media, shopping centre partnerships and digital marketing.
