About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedDelivery / Operations Leadto drivedelivery execution,operational governance,stakeholder management, andstrategic initiativesacross theCards & Paymentsdomain.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise inCredit Card Products,Card Issuing Operations,Payment Processing,Scheme Management, andVendor Management, with a proven ability to deliver results incomplex banking environments.
Key Responsibilities
Leadend-to-end deliveryofCards & Paymentsinitiatives.
Driveexecution,governance,operational readiness, andrisk management.
Manage relationships withpayment schemes,payment processors, andoperational vendors.
OverseeCard Issuing Operations, includingAuthorization,Clearing,Settlement, andPayment Processing.
Ensure compliance withpayment scheme operating rules,mandates, andindustry standards.
Assessoperational impacts, identifydelivery risks,



and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Collaborate withBusiness,Technology,Operations, andExternal Partnersto achieve successful project outcomes.
Drivevendor governance,commercial engagement, andservice performance.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence key business decisions.
Required Experience
Extensive experience inCards,Payments,Product Operations,Scheme Management, orPayment Processing.
Robust understanding ofCredit Card ProductsandCard Issuing Operations.
Experience managingVisa,Mastercard,Payment Processors, orOperational Vendors.
Strong knowledge ofAuthorization,Clearing,Settlement,Reconciliation, andPayment Processing.
Good understanding ofPayment Scheme Operating RulesandCompliance Requirements.
Proven experience delivering large-scale initiatives withinBankingorFinancial Services.
StrongCommercial AcumenandVendor Managementexperience.
ExcellentStakeholder Management,Communication, andLeadershipskills.
Ability to managemultiple prioritiesin afast-paceddelivery environment.
