Position Overview
Ultra Linemarking is seeking a reliable, safety‐focusedLinemarking Operatorto join our growing team.
This role starts aspermanent part‐timewith a clear pathway tofull‐time employmentbased on performance and operational demand.
You will work across a variety of civil, commercial, and industrial sites delivering high‐quality linemarking services including paint, thermoplastic, MMA, and surface preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Operate linemarking vehicles, plant, and equipment safely and efficiently
Apply road, carpark, warehouse, and specialty markings to required specifications
Assist with pre‐marking, layout, set‐out, and site preparation
Load, unload, and maintain materials, tools, and equipment
Complete daily paperwork, job sheets, and safety documentation
Follow all WHS procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies




Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors
Represent the company professionally on all worksites
Work Conditions
Monday to Fridayroster
Night shiftsas required for road closures and traffic access windows
Occasional travel and nights away from homefor regional projects
Up to38 hours per week, withregular overtimeavailable
Mandatory Requirements
MR Licence(no exceptions)
White Card
Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel when required
Highly Regarded (Not Essential)
Previous linemarking experience (paint, thermoplastic, MMA)
Traffic Control tickets (TC1/TC2)
Mechanical aptitude
Experience in civil construction or similar industries
