Imagine Now IT, based in Maitland, NSW, seeks a skilled Senior Level 2 IT Helpdesk Technician to support desktops, networks, cloud services and business apps.
You will work with Level 3 engineers on complex issues and contribute to documentation and SLA‐driven support.
The role starts as casual/part time with potential to go full-time.
Strong MS365/Teams administration, ITIL awareness and Azure experience are highly regarded; 3–5 years IT experience preferred.
