About the Role
Our Bayswater Jayco brand is seeking a motivatedCaravan Service Technicianto join our growing team.
We are looking for anexperienced techniciansseeking stable, ongoing work and career development.
For the right applicant, we will support completion of a Certificate III in Recreational Vehicle Service & Repair, along with Jayco-specific in-house training.
Key Responsibilities
Service, repair, and maintain Jayco caravans and RVs
Diagnose and rectify electrical, plumbing, gas, and mechanical issues (experience-dependent)
Install and repair appliances, accessories, and upgrades
Conduct safety inspections and compliance checks
Maintain accurate job records
Keep the workshop clean, secure, and organised
Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service
About You
Interest or experience in caravan/RV servicing or a related trade
Willingness to learn and undertake formal training (for trainees)
Ability to work independently or as part of a team (experience-dependent)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Skills & Experience
Trainees:No prior experience required; hands‐on aptitude and positive attitude essential
Experienced Technicians:Proven experience in caravan/RV servicing or a similar trade
Trade qualifications, gas, and electrical certifications are highly regarded but not essential
