The role...
Located next to The Pat GC – The Pat GC Bar & Eatery provides beverages and meals and a great function space. The primary purpose of this role is to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of The Pat GC Bar & Eatery, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service. stock control, cost management, staffing, and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
This is a hands-on role where you will participate in the day-to-day operations of The Pat GC Bar & Eatery including:
Serving guests and preparing drinks and food.
Assisting with the ordering, receipting, storing, waste control and stocktake of food, beverage, and retail products.
Training, coaching, and motivating The Pat GC Bar & Eatery Team.
Ensuring rosters meet operational requirements.
Assisting in the resolution of customer issues, complaints, and problems.




Ensuring that policies and procedures are being adhered to, therefore making certain the guest experience is delivered to required standards and food safety, hygiene, and stock management compliance.
Providing hands on assistance at functions and staff events when required.
Organise and complete function room set ups for upcoming functions.

You are...
Passionate about providing outstanding customer experience,



inspiring a great team and providing a positive fun work environment. The successful candidate will have:
The availability to work weekends and evenings across all 7 days,
Customer service experience within a hospitality environment,
A proven ability to lead, train, motivate and manage a team,
Strong working knowledge or WHS and food safety and hygiene,
Ability to use computers and point of sale (POS) systems, and
High levels of personal presentation, organisation and communication skills.
