Drive sales through consult conversion,



memberships, and client retention.
Coach and develop a small team to perform at their best.
Support clinic operations, compliance, and standards.
About You:
Currently a
2IC or Senior therapist
ready to step up, or an experienced
Clinic Lead.
Proven track record in
sales, consult conversion, and client retention.
Strong service delivery skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to quickly learn and apply new technology and systems.
Confident communicator who leads by example.
Beauty, health, or body sculpting experience highly regarded.
