Adecco is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment delivery across a major infrastructure project in Perth.
This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and has a proven track record delivering high-volume blue-collar recruitment outcomes.
Working closely with operational leaders and hiring managers, you will play a key role in supporting workforce growth and ensuring recruitment targets are achieved.
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work onsite with the project team, supporting the ramp-up of approximately 50 blue-collar vacancies and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver recruitment outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing through to onboarding
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for blue-collar and operational roles
Supporting the ongoing recruitment ramp-up across approximately 50 active vacancies
Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders
Building strong relationships with hiring managers and providing recruitment support and advice
Partnering with Adecco and Tier 2 suppliers to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring recruitment activity remains on track
Supporting onboarding, compliance,



and pre-employment requirements
Providing recruitment administration and general HR support as required
Assisting with employee relations matters through coaching, guidance, and issue resolution
Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a Senior Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Workforce Management role
Strong experience recruiting blue-collar, construction, mining, rail, manufacturing, or industrial workforces
Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment campaigns
Experience working closely with operational leaders and hiring managers
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience coordinating interviews and managing recruitment logistics in a fast-paced setting
Sound knowledge of onboarding, compliance, and general HR processes
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
