About the Role
Join our Mental Health team as a Mental Health Nurse or Clinical
Nurse and help deliver compassionate, recovery focused care that
supports positive consumer outcomes. Classification will be based
on your experience, qualifications and clinical capability within a
supportive multidisciplinary environment.
• Deliver direct mental health nursing care
• Provide case management and therapeutic support
• Facilitate education, counselling and group programs
• Collaborate with healthcare and community services
• Guide students and less experienced staff
• Contribute to clinical improvement and recovery outcomes
About You
You are a compassionate mental health nurse who delivers
recovery focused care and works collaboratively to support positive
consumer and team outcomes.
• AHPRA registration with mental health qualification
• Deliver therapeutic mental health nursing care
• Support consumers, carers and multidisciplinary teams
• Guide staff and contribute to positive team culture
• Use clinical systems and manage competing priorities
effectively
