Your Role:
As a Registered Practice Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough patient assessments and diagnoses.




Prescribing medications and recommending lifestyle changes to effectively manage chronic conditions.
Ordering and analyzing pathology and radiological tests.
Educating and supporting patients with chronic diseases through tailored Individual Care Plans.
Promoting health literacy and patient engagement within the community.

Current AHPRA Registration
National Police Check (NPC)
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
