The role
Design, develop and maintain full stack features across a national health data platform
Deliver new functionality, enhancements and bug fixes aligned to product priorities
Build and maintain APIs and backend services, and contribute to data pipelines and ETL/reporting tooling




Take part in code reviews, automated testing and ongoing performance optimisation
Contribute to security, privacy and data protection controls fitting a regulated health/data environment
What you'll bring
8+ years' software development experience, mostly Backend focused
Proven ability to work independently and contribute to solution design
Track record delivering and maintaining production-grade software
Strong grounding in agile delivery and the full software development lifecycle
Hands-on experience with C# or VB.NET, ASP.NET/.NET Core and SQL Server based databases
Any experience with Blazor would be a huge advantage.

Work closely with the Product Owner, testers, BI specialists and Infrastructure/DevOps teams in an agile environment (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Autonomy to work independently while contributing to a small, focused Backend team
Self starter, you can just get on with it without waiting for instructions

$145K-$155K + Non for Profit benefits
Hybrid working arrangement (1-2 days per week onsite - Wednesday is anchor day.
