JOB DESCRIPTION
The Albert Park Hotel is seeking passionate professional Chefs that are enthusiastic, energetic and motivated. You will need a minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar restaurant, this includes having or willing to learn wok skills, dim sum experience and cooking Cantonese roasts.

Experience with Asian/Cantonese food essential.
