The role

Represent Clarendon Homes at the display centreManage the full customer journey from enquiry through to signed contractWork with greenfield, House & Land, Acreage and knockdown rebuild customersBuild strong customer relationships and deliver a premium sales experienceConfidently present home designs, inclusions and upgrade optionsAchieve and exceed sales targets in a high-demand environmentWeekend work essential

About You

Proven experience in residential sales,



preferably New Home SalesPrevious experience within a project home builder will be highly regardedStrong understanding of the Southern Highlands market preferredExcellent communication, presentation and closing skillsResults-driven, organised and self-motivatedProfessional approach with a customer-first mindsetAble to thrive in a busy, high-performing display environment
