About the Role
Every client has their own idea of the perfect ski holiday.
Some are chasing waist-deep powder in Japan. Others dream of skiing Whistler, Aspen, Queenstown or the French Alps.
Your role is to understand what inspires each traveller and design a holiday that exceeds their expectations.
You'll build lasting relationships with clients, create tailor-made itineraries,



convert enquiries into bookings and become a trusted expert in one of travel's most exciting specialist markets.
What You'll Be Doing
Design tailor-made ski and snowboarding holidays across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Canada, the USA and Europe.
Consult with clients to understand their travel goals and recommend the perfect ski experience.
Build strong relationships that lead to repeat and referral business.
Manage your own sales pipeline from enquiry through to booking.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the journey.
Continue building your destination knowledge through ongoing training and international educational opportunities.
What You'll Bring
You'll be someone who genuinely gets excited talking about skiing, snowboarding and winter travel.
You'll also have:
At least two years' experience as a Travel Consultant.
Experience using a GDS (Galileo preferred, although Sabre or Amadeus experience is welcomed with training provided).
A consultative sales approach with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A proactive attitude and the drive to achieve sales targets.
Personal ski or snowboard travel experience will be highly regarded.
