Future Civil Groupis seeking an experienced and suitably qualifiedTraffic Controller / Labourerto join our team on afull-time basis.
The primary role is traffic control and traffic management.
Labouring duties are secondary and required when traffic conditions allow.
The Role
You will be involved in traffic control and general civil support works across a range of projects, including:
Traffic control and traffic managementon active work sites (primary responsibility)
Labouring support for excavation and clean up works includingkerb & channel, footpaths and roadways toppling aimed seeding
Saw-cutting using demolition saws
Completing pre-start checks on plant and equipment
General labouring and concreting duties as required when traffic allows
What You Need
To be considered for this role,



youmusthold the followingcurrent licences and nationally accredited tickets:
Traffic Controller Skill Set – RIISS*****(or current approved equivalent)
Traffic Management Implementer Skill Set – RIISS*****(or current approved equivalent)
Manual driver's licence
Medium Rigid (MR) or Heavy Rigid (HR) truck licence(preferred)
Ability to use maps / GPS to travel between job locations
Good communication skills
You must also be:
Drug-free
Punctual and reliable
Hard-working with a positive attitude
Long sleeves and long pants are required at all times on site.
Hours
Average8 - 9 hours per day some overtime will be required
5 days per week
Occasional weekend work as required
