About the Role
NXT Electrical is growing quick, and we're after an experienced electrician who wants more than just another job — someone who takes pride in quality work, works well without being micromanaged, and wants to grow with a business that's going places.
You'll be working across a mix of residential and commercial jobs on the Gold Coast, with real variety in your week: maintenance, fit-offs, new builds, fault finding, and solar work.
What We're Looking For
We're after tradespeople with runs on the board — this isn't an entry-level role.
Current QLD Electrical Work Licence (essential)
Comfortable working independently and managing your own job flow
Strong grasp of the Electrical Safety Act, Regulations and Standards
Current Working at Heights, White Card, CPR & LVR
Valid manual open driver's licence
Bonus points for:
Cert II in Split Systems & Heat Pumps
Current First Aid Certificate
SAA Solar licence
What You'll Be Doing
Residential electrical maintenance, repairs,
pre-wires & fit-offs
Commercial new builds & maintenance
Testing, fault finding & periodic inspections
Solar make-safes & replacements
