We are now looking to expand our bench with a lawyer with experience in the energy sector.
As a lawyer, you will need to:
Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a range of commercial and construction contracts (including D&Cs;, contractor agreements, subcontracts and supply agreements, JV agreements and project delivery agreements)
Provide legal support for land access and approvals, including environmental, native title and cultural heritage matters. This includes advise on land,



environment and planning approvals for major infrastructure developments.
Support the delivery of energy and infrastructure projects.
Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in-house or in private practice, working on energy, construction or infrastructure clients.
